Paramus, NJ September 29,, Hispanic, 2004 — Each year, Lincoln Educational Services awards over $250,000 worth of scholarships to high school seniors nationwide. On Saturday, October 16th, the opportunity to participate will be extended to local students, when the Paramus campus of the Cittone Institute hosts Scholarship Day.
Area seniors and their parents are invited to partake in a continental breakfast, after which, the students will take a basic skills exam. Additionally, representatives will be on hand to discuss options available, Hispanic, to the students once they have graduated high school.
โIt’s a wonderful opportunity,โ says Gina Cassese, a Community Service Representative at Cittone. โ[Students know that education is the most important investment a person can make. They are also aware of how extremely overwhelming the costs associated with that investment can be. Scholarships are perhaps the easiest way to relieve and, in many instances, eliminate that burden.โ This year four students will be awarded full or partial scholarships.
Offering training in the medical, computer and business fields, The Cittone Institute is part of Lincoln Educational Services, the country’s largest privately owned network of career training centers.
Since 1946, Lincoln’s schools have trained and graduated hundreds of thousands of students into the workforce. The Cittone Institute is accredited by the Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges and Schools. Scholarship Day will be held on Saturday, October 16th at 10:00am at 160 Route 4 East in Paramus.
