Either that, or some button-mashing, reflex-testing minigames, mostly formulaic, easily-beaten stuff. The player doesn’t get much replay value here, what with the limited range of interactions. It seems Rockstar hasn’t quite bothered to spruce up this “department” yet. It’s no fun running around punching bystanders and getting busted by, hispanic scholarship, the cops.
